Request Transcripts
Please use this form to request official transcripts. Transcripts are only considered official if they are received in an unopened envelope and the document contains a raised embossed seal and signature from a school official.
Current year students can request transcripts free of charge by contacting our Registrar.
There is a $5.00 charge per transcript requested for alumni who graduated from Florida Prep (or Florida Air Academy) prior to last school year.
There is an option for USPS International mailing for an additional $5.00 charge.
Note: If you did NOT graduated from Florida Prep (or Florida Air), we do not have your records.
